Hey Upward fans and followers, we regret the first game of the season has been cancelled!! Snow is falling so hopefully the players can get out and enjoy playing in it! Join us next week at 2nd Baptist as we play the January 14th game schedule!!

Upward Basketball at Florence starts up this week, practices regular schedule starting January 2, 2017 and games at Florence starting at 9:00 Saturday morning January 7, 2017!!

Thanks to all that signed up for Upward, we will have one more evaluation Tuesday 6:30-7:30 at the Florence LEC. This will be the last evaluation please make every effort to be there if you have signed up or have paid your money already you need to attend this evaluation.

Remember if you have not been evaluated tomorrow night at 2nd Baptist is the last chance, November 1 from 6:00-7:00!! Just tell them which church you are playing for Florence or 2nd Baptist!!

Great last night at Upward Evaluations, remember if you miss these 2nd Baptist will have two more evaluations, Saturday October 29th from 9:00-10:00 and Tuesday November 1, 6:00-7:00!!
I would just like to take this opportunity to thank my Upward Council and all the volunteers that gave their time and energy to make this evaluation run so smoothly. God is doing great things as he leads us to reach children for his glory!!

Great turnout tonight for Upward Basketball!! Remember we will evaluate again on Thursday at Florence, if you miss these 2nd Baptist will have registration from 6:00 - 7:00 on Tuesday and on Saturday morning. Just tell them you are from Florence and they will send your information to us!! Thanks again for all that came out tonight!!

Remember to play in Upward Basketball/Cheer all equipment needed is included in your cost of $55, each additional child in your family gets a discount of $15. Sign up today at Florence Baptist Church or online through the month of October. You must attend one of the Evaluation nights October 24 & 27 from 6:00-8:00.

Hey everyone, Upward Basketball season is just around the corner! Your child should have came home with a Upward Basketball brochure in the past couple of days. If not, they should be getting one by the end of next week. Hope you are as excited about this season as we are!
