I can’t wait to dance with y’all this week!
Tonight – Dance2Fit | 7:15 PM | Full Body
We’re bringing back the classic full-body format! We’ll hit 6 different areas of the body, doing 3 routines for each area to create an incredible full-body workout. Feel free to bring weights if you’d like an extra challenge, but they are not required!
Wednesday – Step2Fit | 6:30 PM
Come step with us! This fun workout is a great way to strengthen and tone your legs while getting your heart rate up.
Thursday – Dance2Fit | 7:15 PM | Cardio Crusher
We’re ending the week strong before our week off! Get ready to crush some cardio, work up a sweat, and have a blast on the dance floor.
