The Lab / Softball Performance Training by Mark Bordeau The Lab is a place for softball players to work on getting better, mentally and physically. Upon entering, please use the rest room to wash your hands.

Due to covid 19, we will have players and Families coming in and out at the same time. Please wait outside if there is not enough room inside or use the outdoor batting cage to warm up while waiting for the previous lesson to conclude. Upon conclusion of the lesson, you are encouraged to wash your hands before you leave. Practice social distancing while in the facility. If you have any suggestions on how we can make our space safer please let us know. Thank You
