UPDATE 8:35am: This is a Gym Master issue that seems to be affecting both locations.

As of early morning today (2/23), we were made aware that the door is currently not operating. We are working to get this resolved ASAP and apologize for any inconvenience.

We would like to address some issues we are having at the gym and how these will be handled moving forward:

• DIRTY BOOTS/SHOES - We understand many of you work in the elements, but please do NOT enter the gym with boots or shoes with mud or dirt on/in them. Remove these and change into something appropriate in your vehicles!

We have had a sign posted since opening regarding our policy on this. It is not fair to us, other paying members, or our staff for anyone to track a mess throughout the gym/bathrooms/showers.
If this persists, we will have no other choice than to ban anyone disregarding this.

• CAMERAS - Yes, we have cameras, and they do work! We can see and hear you while in the gym. This is for everyone’s protection. Do NOT touch any cameras.

• UNAUTHORIZED VISITORS - Any member who allows a non-member within the gym will have their account automatically fined for that person(s). If it happens a second time, your membership will be cancelled and you will be banned.

>> Members are responsible for anyone they allow in the gym! This includes
damages done to the gym. If you do not personally know the person and are not willing to vouch for them, please do NOT open the door and allow access. Everyone MUST scan their key fob when entering the gym. If someone is having key fob issues, they need to call us at the number listed on the door.

• DAY PASSES - Anyone visiting with a member for a day pass MUST sign a waiver and pay $5 in the drop box. If you do not have cash, call us and we can charge it to your account. If you do not call, and do not pay, we will revoke your membership.

• KEYS - Your first key at signup is FREE. Any replacement keys are $5 each.
Keys do not work unless a member of staff activates your key, which can only be done if you are a paying member.

• PAYMENT - Memberships are $3 more if using a card of any type. If you would like to avoid this fee, feel free to call and update payment info to a checking account.
We ask that if you do use a card, please do not have that card locked when payment is supposed to occur. Multiple failed charges will also result in membership being revoked.

• CONTACT US - Our contact number is listed on the door, Google, and all social media as 501-733-3819. While it is possible to contact us 24/7, we likely will not return calls or messages outside of normal business hours unless it is an emergency. If you are unable to reach us at the number listed, please feel free to message us here on Facebook and we will get back with you!

While we are disappointed in recent events, we do want to express our gratitude for the members, staff, and community that work so hard to keep our gym running! We thank you, and we hope to resolve these issues as soon as possible.

All taking place same day as Pulling for Pecans Armwrestling Tournament 🦾 going to be some big pullers at this event! If you are new to the sport or just want to give Armwrestling a go come see us Oct. 18th!!

Need something fun to do Saturday, October 18th? Check out the 4th Annual Rocky Comfort Pecan Festival in downtown Foreman, AR. With multiple events, food, vendors, and live music all day, there is something for everyone to enjoy!

The Rocky Comfort Pecan Festival Costume 5K begins at 8 a.m. Grab your best costume and run, walk, or stroll your way through Foreman, starting in front of Iron Horse Fitness.

Bring your best recipe for the Little River Bake-Off, held inside the Foreman Community Center. Judging begins at noon, and entries must be received by 11:30 a.m.

Car lovers won’t want to miss the Classic Car Show, hosted by the Foreman Community Foundation. Registration opens at 8 a.m., and the show runs from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Regional artists will provide music all day, with performances by Steve Gauldin, Hackers, Elijah Arnold, Cullyn Corley, Craig Dodson, Marty Lansdell, Luke Ford, and Locked & Loaded.
