Speed late in games matters just as much as speed early. This week focuses on maintaining mechanics and effort when athletes are tired — without sacrificing form.
We train:
Repeated sprint efficiency
Recovery between efforts
Mental focus under fatigue

Athletes perform short sprints with controlled rest to simulate game demands.
