🌴 **Project Spotlight: Bolsa Chica Park | Westminster, CA**

There’s nothing better than seeing a new playground filled with possibilities for play!

Earlier this year, **Bolsa Chica Park in Westminster** opened its new playground, giving local families a colorful new space to climb, explore, play and spend time together.

**Coast Recreation is proud to have provided the playground equipment for this project.** We love partnering with Southern California communities to create outdoor spaces that encourage kids to get moving, use their imaginations and—most importantly—have fun!

Congratulations to the **City of Westminster** and everyone who helped bring this wonderful community park to life. We’re proud to have played a part!

🌳 **New funding opportunity for California communities!**

The **Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF)** grant cycle is now open, with approximately **$27.5 million available statewide** to support outdoor recreation projects.

From new playgrounds and park improvements to trails, athletic facilities and other outdoor recreation spaces, this funding could help communities bring important projects to life.

A Fresh New Place to Play!

Join the City of Rancho Cucamonga on Wednesday, July 29, at 10:00 a.m. for a ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating the newly renovated playground at Mountain View Park (11701 Terra Vista Parkway).

Designed to complement the park's beautiful mountain backdrop, the renovated playground incorporates natural design elements inspired by the surrounding landscape and includes:

A brand-new play structure
Updated safety surfacing
Nature-inspired design elements that reflect the park's unique setting and mountain views

Celebrate this exciting improvement with us and be among the first to experience a refreshed play space designed to inspire adventure, encourage outdoor play, and create lasting memories for families in our community. Light refreshments will be provided following the ribbon cutting ceremony.

Who could ask for a better day? Thank you to everyone who attended our San Diego Inclusive Play Seminar and park tour of Tecelote Shores! Our amazing presenters, Jill Moore from Landscape Structures and Jennifer Montgomery from Schmidt Design Group provided an in depth and informative overview on the design process and importance of inclusion.
