As a new school year is about to begin entering our 5th year with Legends Academy, wanted to congratulate two of our graduated Seniors from Class of 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣2️⃣.

Chase Ingram ._.ingram31 will be attending Hope International University in the fall, where he will be majoring in Business while playing NAIA baseball for . We are so proud of the growth Chase has made over the past two years, on and off the field; and most importantly in the classroom. He was presented The President’s Education Awards Program for Outstanding Academic Achievement.

Seth Lugo will be attending San Jacinto College in the fall, where he will be majoring in Business. We are very proud of the academic growth Seth made these past two years with us at Legends Academy. He was also presented The President’s Education Awards Program for Outstanding Academic Achievement.

We wish these two the BEST of LUCK in their new journeys. We are confident both have been given the tools and resources to prepare them for their next phase in life.

These two students are now part of something special, being Legends Academy 2nd & 3rd to graduate with us; and we are forever ♾ grateful. FOREVER a LEGEND. 🦁

Michael Mendoza 8months post-op surgery - Hemiepiphysiodesis of the distal femurs and proximal tibias. Guided growth to correct limb deformity (knocked knee). Double knee surgery! Rehab and recovery hasn’t been as easy as this athlete makes it look. But heart and passion for the game he loves, along with a village for a support group; has him back to full form. With a lot of goals to accomplish, this athlete has steered the course and maintained focus on the goals at hand achieving them one by one. Most recently Michael was honored to make the USA Baseball 🇺🇸 Southwest NTIS selections roster. He will go and represent in Cary North Carolina. We wish him the best of luck and much continued success. Nothing worth it comes easy, and nothing easy is worth it. We see you! >them 🤫

LEGENDS ACADEMY FALL REGISTRATION NOW OPEN:

School is starting for a lot of kids. Academy is entering our 5th year for Student Athletes of all sports.

Our academy year doesn’t start until after Labor Day (September 6th), so still have time to enjoy your summer.

The academic instruction is rigorous. Our academy provides challenging curriculum partnered with SCALE to push them to their full potential. Many people think Charter schools work is too easy, not so with US. If you are interested in coming to check us out let me know. This academy gives you so many options, you can work from home by using our curriculum remote; or your Student Athletes can come in. For full day class included in that is 2hrs training everyday. We Our academy is NOT sports specific, you don’t even have to be an athlete. If you are looking for a new, safe, private school classroom environment with like minded kids. Here’s why these All-Stars are using these moves on 👀

Athlete 1️⃣ - SA Speed Press: The focus here is on single arm pressing power in between strength sets to maximize force production. We can also measure his power and acceleration through the entire range of motion opposed to other testing devices that are limited to the average power & m/s.

Athlete 2️⃣ - Pot Stirs: In this video we were performing pot stirs to stabilize and activate the muscles of his trunk before a movement session. Believe it or not, Reroute uses the Proteus daily to prep before speed sessions as it creates a unique challenge on the support system, up through the hips and trunk as you move the handle around.

Athlete 3️⃣ - Shoulder Horizontal Abduction/Adduction: Miguel using proteus’s concentrically biased technology to prep his shoulder abductors/adductors before beginning his upper body lift. A great way to target the entire joint and surrounding muscles (Deltoids, Pec, Trapezius, Rotator cuff, etc)

Proteus is such an efficient tool because all of the exercises you are seeing can be used for many purposes.

-Weight room/Speed prep work
-Pre throw and hit warmups and activation (sport specific warmups)
