✅ 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗗𝗥𝗔! True story. Since Season I we've been fortunate enough to have fantastic marketing partners. That combined with our per race driver achievements, spawned our Leaderboards.

Leaderboards are our way of recognizing the driver for their per race achievement at PPE's. It's also our way of maximizing exposure for those who support CDRA.

As you can see the Leaderboard features the most recent achievement recipient, their info, and also features the presenting marketing partners logo along with our participating tracks logos.

Why no CDRA logo present you may ask? Because Leaderboards aren't about us, it's about those who support us. Drivers, marketing partners, and even fans. We got our brand on enough stuff.

So, why the visual change? Because we strive to do our very best for all involved. It is our belief there's more to promotion than how many social posts can I put up in a day. Quality, not quantity.

We also believe a large part of promotion, is story telling. Not results recaps, but storylines that make each racer and event that much more meaningful.

⁉️ 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗔𝘀𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀? At CDRA we receive a lot of communication back and forth throughout the season, which are mostly questions. Folks are looking for information, and it’s our responsibility to provide it.

One FAQ we get yearly, is how are NOTY contenders determined? Very fair question and we can help you with that!

It starts with pre-registration. For Season III we went to an online registration system where drivers could declare their intent to compete as full-time series regulars.

From there series officials determine eligibility for the NOTY points chase by a series of qualifying factors and disqualifying factors.

Eligible NOTY Competitors:
✅ Must Be Pre-Registered Before First PPE.
✅ Must Maintain Full-Time Status With CDRA.
✅ Must Be New To Tour Racing With CDRA.

Ineligible NOTY Competitors:
❌ Racers who have raced full-time with CDRA in previous seasons.
❌ Racers running full-time in Big Block Modifieds in the same season.
❌ Racers with Big Block Modified wins and/or championships in the same season.

🆒 CDRA strives to honor the spirit of the award and maintain consistency in deciding who is or is not eligible as a "Newcomer" each season. Please read the rules carefully.

‼️ Also, new for season three is the side points system kept between NOTY contenders that functions in the spirit of regular points. Let us explain.

CDRA has three proven point systems developed by competition director and promoter Rob Hazer. 1) Regular: 60, 57, down by 1. 2) Series: 100, 97, down by 1. 3) Crown Jewel: 200, 197, down by 1. They function the same way, with the same denominations, just weighted differently.

For the NOTY racers we utilize the Regular points structure among those drivers only. EXAMPLE: If the first NOTY contender is 5th and the next contender is 9th, they're scored first and second FOR NOTY PURPOSES ONLY. This has NO IMPACT on the series point distribution.

This let's the NOTY racers have that "points race within a points race" we talk about every year. Between each series PPE we put out press discussing NOTY racers and their points battle among themselves. It's truly a points battle within our points battle.

😇 𝗔 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗿...

Good afternoon race fans. I waited a few days to process the news of Kyle Busch's passing. And I wanted to share a short story.

It seems we've all lost many racing faces over the past few years, more so recently some closer to home than others, but equally valued human lives.

Admittedly I wasn't a Kyle fan at first. It dates back to the tragic passing of my favorite NASCAR hero of all time, Dale Earnhardt. His unexpected passing after Daytona in 2001, like many, left me with a tear on my cheek and a lump in my throat.

Immediately, I turned to Dale Jr. It was up to him to carry the torch. I didn't expect him to be his dad, but rather be his own person. I didn't care if he had one title or none. He was the son of someone I admired from afar.

In cheering for Jr.'s success he had an early career run in with Rowdy. I cursed up and down, no good yada yada yada. Then, over a short bit of time I noticed Kyle Busch reminded me of Dale Sr.

He had that swag about him, that constant grin, the talent, fierce competitor, and he wasn't afraid to intimidate guys on track if they earned it. And so, I became a fan of two guys. Dale Jr. and Kyle Busch.

Kyle Busch grew larger than life in NASCAR. Granted my fandom of pavement racing dwindled, but I still kept an eye on those boys. Busch was into everything. Hell, one time he even pinned R-Truth to win the WWE 24/7 Championship. Had his own energy drink. Sharp business mind and a wildly competitive spirit made him successful.

Best part about Kyle, like Dale Sr. and Dale Jr., he wasn't arrogant about his success. He knew he was good, he was unapologetic in being good, but he took time to give words of encouragement to fellow racers in private without interjecting in their moment. Ask Bubba Wallace.

The more I learned about Kyle Busch, the bigger fan I became. Especially his faith and love in family. He adored his wife Samantha, and wanted nothing more than success for his children, especially his little racing protege Brexton.

To wrap this part up, nothing anyone can do, say, or provide will replace the loss of a father. But I know, for a fact, that going forward now and into the future, there is a Rowdy Nation of fans ready to support that kid. I'm one of them.

Too many great men in motorsports have passed recently. I miss these faces very much. And this morning Glen Ridge Motorsports Park lost a lifetime fan of the fastest quarter mile on dirt, Charlie Hogan. Charlie was such a fan he worked there for as long as I can remember. He was also family. Rest easy Uncle Charles, no more suffering.

My thoughts and deepest condolences are with the entire Busch family including Samantha, Brexton Busch, Lennix, Kurt, and the rest of the family, his friends, and his fans.

My thoughts and condolences are also with Charlie's immediate family Darlene, Jessica, Lillian, and Charlie Jr. along with the entire family, friends, and Ridge faithful who appreciated how easily he brought positivity each week at the track.

Hug somebody today people. Love somebody today. Tomorrow is not promised. And time stops for nobody. We forge on with our series, because this season is for the bossman.

🪖 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗮𝘆 is the time of year we honor the men and women of our countries armed services who were on another level of sacrifice.

They laid down their lives so we could watch in amazement our favorite fires suit cowboys riding their metal horses around dirt pastures they call home for a snapshot of glory that stands worthy of a soldiers sacrifice.

That's how we honor them. That's how we remember them. By being the absolute best versions of ourselves so their fall isn't in vein, but rather our rise to the greater good.

Happy Memorial day to all those past, present, and future defenders of our freedoms. We never forget, some gave all. Be good to each other. 🇺🇸
