Well it wasn’t the greatest of nights, we had ups and downs all night long. We timed 8th in hot laps feeling really good going into the night, started 4th in the heat race and just never could get going, we fell like a rock, straight backwards finishing last. That would put us starting dead last for the feature starting 18th😭. We really at this point had nothing to lose but everything to gain, we came through finishing 11th place. Silver linings car is in one piece and we went forward picking up the hard charger award! We will regroup and be ready for Saturday night!!

We are stirring up the idea of doing a weekly nascar pool to help out with our racing program. We are curious to see how many of our fans and our followers would like to do this. Our thoughts on our layout and payout would look something like this

$25.00 a spot for 39 spots/weekly starting positions.
It would be a random draw weekly at the spin of the wheel. Purse guaranteed if we can fill 25 spots weekly!

1st- 150
2nd- 100
3rd- 50
10th- 25

Purse would have to be adjusted if all spots can’t be filled up weekly.

If all 39 spots filled 1st takes 250.

Race recap: We timed 6th in hot laps. For our heat race we started 5th and finished 4th. We had a really decent overall feel for the car, feeling good going into the feature, and we just missed it on adjustments. We are struggling to find the handle on the car as the night goes on. We are still learning this car, and trying to do the right things at the right time. This learning curve is a struggle sometimes, but I promise this only makes this team hungrier!

Next up is Fonda Speedway Saturday night!
