Hello friends, I wanted to share special event I lead at Life Time Fitness to honor the new category of "Qigong" to the gym. We had snacks afterward provided by Life Time so we could also get to know each other a bit. My students are wonderful there and I love that they keep coming back because it's making a difference in their lives in terms of decreasing stress and increasing mobility. Besides it's just fun to be in the body in such a deep, penetrating way. One student said "I keep coming because I feel so much more freedom in my body that I find myself dancing around the house these days." That touches my heart deeply. Thanks for checking in...have a perfect day.
