Many of you know I am person who exercises daily. I started cycling inside an infrared Sauna recently and dropped 10lbs. I had heard of this place called Hotworx and was curious to give it a try. I finally tried it today and was very impressed. They have 10 infrared Saunas in the Folsom location and they offer many different classes available 24 hours a day.
I did Yoga Cycling and a Stretch class today. 2 1/2 hours of training. I highly recommend it. I joined and will be doing the Yoga and stretching daily primarily. I have a referral link below.
