Folly Beach Community Yoga offers classes on Tuesday Mornings at 10am. Our classes are "Yoga for everyone," and all experience levels and physical abilities are accommodated. These are Donation based yoga classes, and love offerings are appreciated, but not required to attend. Classes are generally held at Riverfront Park in warm, clear weather, and and at the Folly Beach Community Center/Library in cold months or rainy days.

Please help my dear friend and fellow massage therapist Mina make her journey back to health. These two beautiful hearts started a "Go Fund Me" for me when I got septic shock and had to have emergency surgery. in 2023. I didn't have insurance at the time either. I spent three days in ICU before moving to the step-down unit for another eight days. I spent another three months recovering before I could go back to my career as a massage therapist. Please open you heart and help Mina make her healing journey! thank you for your love and support. It takes a village!

We are have a heatwave and with the temperature being at 85 at 10 am it is too hot to safely do yoga. Our community yoga class is cancelled for today.
Please be safe, stay out of the heat and well hydrated. Hope to see you Thursday !
