Sweetens Cove is this special place that no matter how bad your there will still be a smile on your face. The atmosphere is what makes it special. Play as a group of 6? 9? 13?!?!? Yes. Bourbon shots after hole-in-ones? Yes. 2 pins? Yes. Start and finish whenever? Yes. The golden rules are simply take care of the course and don’t get in the way of other groups of players. Other than that, just go have fun. It’s been such a successful business play that most golfers have heard of this 9 hole golf course and the idea is going to grow the game if it expands. I cannot figure out why munis and low income golf courses have not gone this route more yet. Time will tell.

Can you say something positive about social media?
I see the negativity. I understand why it can hurt people. It does however allow people to meet and spread positivity. I stick to following positive, successful, nice, generous people and it makes social media fun. So fun in fact that without it I would not have been at Sweetens Cove this weekend with people that I met THROUGH social media. For that I’m thankful. What an amazing opportunity this weekend.

Over the last 10 years I’ve caddied while hunting down my next business endeavor. This has allowed me to travel the country and see some of the best golf courses. Somehow through the thousands of pictures I’ve taken on these courses, none are of me caddying. So buckle in here’s what I do on the daily! Thanks to Keith ( ) for taking these!

Erik Anders Lang continues to change the perspective of golf, allowing to motivate and intrigue more people to play what I see, truly as the greatest game ever played.
A detailed video will come out soon of my time with Erik this weekend. He may not realize it, but the questions I was able to ask him gave me a lot of clarity and might even set me on a path towards the greater good of golf and of myself.
