Well after 10 years I’ve finally had enough. Soooo with that being said Members will NO LONGER be allowed to bring a guest to the gym. If someone wants a day pass you can contact me first. I will let you in from my phone. That will be the ONLY way a “guest” will be allowed in the gym. Over and over again I’ve said it “ no guest allowed without signing the guest sheet and paying $5” and yall just don’t listen 💁🏻‍♀️ so I’m not going to do it anymore. If you are not a member and would like a day pass my number is on the door.

If you are caught bringing guest into the gym from now on you will be charged a whole membership for that guest! 👌🏼

Yall…. Pleaseeeeee don’t unplug my cameras!!!! They are in every spot they are in for a reason… if one is unplugged then I can’t see what I need to see if something was to happen! Please do not unplug them!

Keep your kids off the equipment!!! It’s not a playground. Also if your kid thought it was a good idea to tie a box of blocks to one of my treadmills emergency stop cords, maybe next time don’t leave it there! 👌🏼

There’s a play room for a reason. Keep them in there.

Yall please keep the middle door shut!! My ac unit in the front can’t keep up with the back as well and I really really don’t wanna have to replace TWO ac units… I know it’s hot back there we have the fans going, the back ac should be fixed tomorrow/thursday! But please keep the middle door shut. Atleast the front will be cool for y’all to cool down. But if yall keep that door open the ac up front will go down again like it did this morning.

Ladies new tanning bed bulbs will be in tomorrow. With that being said…. Please please remember they are going to be HOTTTT. So I would recommend not tanning as long as you normally do 🤣 or you may end up burntttt.

Just a friendly reminder cause I don’t wanna see anyone looking like a lobster 🤣
