What an incredible morning. 🙏
We had a crew out to support Anita Richardson Freestone and her son Justin declare their faith in Jesus through baptism! Old life buried. New life begun. All because of Him.

Getting to stand beside people we train with, laugh with, struggle with, and call family made it even more special.

Jesus is changing lives, building community, and making all things new.

🚨 GYM CLOSED — NEXT TWO SATURDAYS 🚨 (Aug 22nd & 29th)

Just a heads up, Panacea will be closed tomorrow and next Saturday!

🥋 Tomorrow(22nd): We’re taking a crew over to Pensacola to visit a friend’s gym, get some cross-training in, and share some rounds with a different room.

🔥 Next Saturday(29th): We’re trying to load up the whole squad and head to Remedy Team Training for another great day of solid work and knowledge exchange!

Always good to get outside our own walls, build relationships, and keep growing. 👊
