Reminder first round of tryouts are tonight!!

💥💥 Turn Two is expanding and adding a 12u team to our already incredible group of teams! We have a few positions to fill on both our 13u and 12u rosters. Our 13u team went 39-18 over our fall and spring season with multiple tournament championships including going 6-0 to win the BPA World Series and 8-0 to win the PG World Series. This is a great opportunity to join two incredible squads!💥💥

💥💥Turn Two 12u Perfect Game World Series Champs💥💥
These boys showed up and showed out this weekend! They played incredible team baseball going undefeated 8-0 on the weekend! Outscoring their opponents 73-14. All the hard work paying off! Cooperstown here we come!!

Turn Two 14u competed this week in the Gulf Coast Perfect Game World Series and started off a little slow in pool play, going 1-3. That put us at an early 8:30 start time this morning to begin bracket play and let me tell you, these boys showed up to play today!
Game one win 15-1
Game two win 7-1
Game three win 4-2 against a great team from Katy, Texas

The bats were hot and the discipline on the field was unreal.
5 years ago, myself and Coach Ron Brooks started the Turn Two organization in our area and put a team together for that first season. We went through some growing pains but ended up playing in the PG World Series that year and won it back then at the same Cedar Street park that we won it at today! I thought about Ron so much today and reflected on that win that I got to celebrate with him back then. I know he had a front row seat today and he cheered those same boys on that he once coached. I was reminded of him many times today during play and after we won, I stood back and watched our boys celebrate knowing he had the biggest smile on his face looking down on them too!
I love this group of young men that I’ve had the pleasure to coach and I’m excited to see what their future holds as they continue to work hard and improve their skills so they can continue to play the game that they love.

Thank you parents, for the sacrifices you’ve made to allow these boys to play with us and travel all over the country to compete in some pretty amazing tournaments!
It’s been fun ride but all good things must come to an end. I’ll miss coaching but the memories will last forever.
Thank you for this amazing opportunity as it’s something I’ll never forget!

This picture represents a family. A band of brothers that put on a uniform and a group of parents, grandparents and siblings that spend countless hours at the ballpark, sacrifice missing work, being away from home and never complain.
I’m THANKFUL for every one of them and I’m THANKFUL to be a part of the baseball family that we’ve had the past five years.
We fell short in the semi finals today but I’m proud of the fight, grit and drive that these boys brought to Omaha. They boys put up 81 runs over 8 games while allowing 35.
We have a little break but will play July 8-11 in the Perfect Game World Series before wrapping up the season.
Thank you to all those that have supported these young men over the past several seasons. I’ve told them a million times how much I love them and how blessed I am to be able to coach this amazing team.

For those following T2 14u on game changer, our start time has been pushed to 2:15.
We will resume with 1 hour, 21 minutes to play beginning in the bottom of the 2nd inning, down 5-1.
A win in this game will put us in the championship game which will be played immediately after we finish.

14u update for the Omaha SlumpBuster tournament. These boys are 6 & 1 through 4 days of play and got 2 big wins this morning in bracket play to get to the semi-finals before getting rained out. Play resumes at 9am tomorrow with the winner advancing to the championship game.
These Alabama boys brought their A game 18 hours up the road and are putting on a show but know the ride isn’t over just yet. Send positive vibes our way tomorrow morning that we can go get it done and bring some hardware back to the South!!

Turn Two 14u just finished up day one in Omaha at the SlumpBuster Tournament and man did they come out hot!!
Game 1 win 15-2
Game 2 win 15-1

Now to unwind and go watch Georgia play Oklahoma in the CWS tonight at 6:00!
