Off-Season Archery Essentials: Found at Home
An average school summer break is 10 to 12 weeks long. The average number of weeks between an archery season, if your team were to go to nationals, is 25 weeks (give or take). Those weeks can take a long time if you just sit around and wait. Go outside and practice in your off-season. It’s good to keep your arms, stance, and aim point in check while you watch the weeks pass by. But what if I don’t have a bow? Even if you don’t have a bow there are many ways to keep good posture in the off season
