When people talk about training to failure, they’re usually talking about machine exercises and accessories.

They’re not talking about missing reps and getting stapled under a squat bar every week.

Main lifts should be trained hard, but with good technique and a rep or two left in the tank most of the time.

Getting crushed by a barbell has never been a requirement for building muscle. 💪

This helps:
• Reduce stress on the shoulders
