Oh my 😍 one of the best burgers I've had! I'm always looking for healthy options to incorporate into my "diet" I've never really been a huge fan of red meat, however I enjoy a burger or steak here and there. I also like to incorporate vegan meals.
For the most part, vegan burgers either contain soy, which I choose not to have because it triggers OR the burgers are lack a sufficient amount of protein and essentially fall into my carbohydrate calorie bracket. 🙄
This burger is quite different! The Beyond Meat burger is completely vegan, has NO soy or gluten and is and has a whopping 20g of protein per 4oz patty 😱😄
Seasoned with The Spice Beast Big Buzz Coffee Rub seared 3 min each side served in top of a garden spinach herb wrap, beet hummus and arugula, topped with avocado sprinkled with smoked paprika
