Gym Etiquette & Rules:
-Always be respectful to one another, staff and coaches.
-Use clean language 
-Do not change or go topless in a mixed group class.
-Be on time to class. BE 5 minutes EARLY but no earlier than 10 minutes.
-Please clean up after yourself. Garbage goes in the trash and empty out water bottles before placing them into the recycling bin.
-BE CLEAN! Your attire, equipment should be clean and dry. 
-Stay home if you are sick.
-Trim your finger and toe nails.
