Because it’s been such a hit, we’re rolling into another round of Yoga w/ Weights! Every Friday from 8:30–9:30am.
This class blends a mindful yoga flow with hand weights to help you build strength, improve mobility, and feel more connected in your body.
The energy in this class has been supportive & uplifting leaving you ready to take on the day!
