For most, summer is a time to hang out with friends. But for those who have a hard time making friends, summer can be a lonely, depressing time. There is a way to fix that. Repeated, low-stakes, positive interactions with people can kick-start lasting friendships.
While Karate training isn't "low-stakes" per se, training with others can build camaraderie (and you're guaranteed to have at least one thing in common).
If you're wanting to make friends this summer, join us in our Summer Karate Series, an introductory course for teens, adults, and seniors (kids 7 and up may join, but it’s not a “kids program”). You will build real skills and walk away stronger, sharper, more confident, and with some new friends!
You do NOT need to have a “healthy body” nor prior martial arts training to do this program. Come as you are! You’ll improve your self esteem and & self confidence as you go (and we'll encourage you along the way)! Just show up and be ready to grow!
