Hello Fitness 1440 family and friends! We heard you and after a lot of searching, it is with great pleasure we are announcing that Yoga class is back every Saturday 10:30 - 11:30. The first class will be on January 23rd with Wonderful Miss Sabrina. Looking forward to see you guys!

Hello Fitness 1440 family and friends! There will not be any staffing or child care available Thanksgiving day and Black Friday. Also Starting December 1st 2020 child care will be per reservation only. Please call the club at least 1 hour prior to arrival to reserve.
Finally, attached is the most up to date class schedule with the change in time for the Yoga class. We do have Zumba this Saturday.

Hello Fitness 1440 family and friends! We have made some adjustments to the group fitness classes schedules. Yoga flow class is moved to Wednesdays at 5:30 and Saturday at 9:30 to alternate with Zumba. With that being said, Saturday Nov 14th come have your cardio work out with Zumba. Attached is the more recent schedule.
