The Hidden Dojo The Hidden Dojo Hidden Dojo is more than just a name. It implies that our school of learning is
actually all around us in our daily lives.

The metaphor is so simple it is often missed-
Life's hidden lessons are really right before our eyes. Everything in life becomes
a teacher, we need only be wise and attentive students. True martial artists must
be continually aware of what is happening not only around us but within us as well. We must always strive to attain the unity of mind, body, and spirit. Hidden Dojo
was founded under the

principles of Historical tradition as well as new and
innovative adaptation of all aspects of the martial arts as they pertain to these
modern times and our daily lives. Our mission is to study, practice, and teach these principles in a fun, family oriented
training center (Dojo). Our techniques and methods are tried and true, battle tested
and easily adaptable to real world self defense or competitive martial arts. We at The Hidden Dojo have committed a grat deal of our lives to these principles. We believe in the benefits of the martial arts and the martial way. Balance, harmony, peace,
longevity and good health will forever remain our lifes mission.

Slow-mo free form knife fighting. The offense/defense interaction was completely natural. We were actually trying to stab and slice each other full speed!

Today begins the winter season, the rigid metal element becomes the flowing water. And just as water reflects images, now is the time to reflect on the year behind us and grow from our experiences.
