⭐️Senior Spotlight⭐️
Our first senior is a true OG, !! Max has been on the team for the last 4 years, constantly bringing good vibes and excessively long jokes
Max is graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Editing, Writing, and Media with a Minor in Communications!

He says “I started playing for the beach volleyball club when playing on the varsity courts was unimaginable. I have seen the club develop and all of its members grow and improve. I have met some of the best people I’ve ever known playing for this club. Seeing the younger generation come in, I’m certain the future of the club is in great hands. Been a ride, ✌️”

He says that “as someone new to volleyball, and especially beach volleyball, the club has been amazing for me in providing chances to meet new people and have fun in competing against each other!! Everyone on the team has been amazing to talk to and play with and i’m so excited for another year!!”

Our last grad is Jean Ambrose!! Jean is graduating with a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and has been apart of the club for past 4 years!

On her time with us: “That was fun. The ball went up and people were like “mine!” And sometimes we made the ball hit the ground on PURPOSE. I also am so glad I was here to see the club grow from an unofficial group of people who loved playing volleyball to the younger group today that I know are going to grow the community further and get even better.”

We love you Jean and we will most definitely miss you and your humor on the courts, FSUBVC Nole forever ❤️💛

is our next FSUBVC grad!! Chase is graduating with a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering and has been with us for two years!

His Favorite memory was “how I joined the team for sure! I was going to play on the Sally courts with my roommates and the club team was having tryouts. I had no idea that there was a club sand volleyball team and noah told me I should tryout, so I did. It’s been a great two years playing with the team and I’ve made a lot of friends who enjoy sand volleyball as much as I do!”

Beyond happy you found this club!! We will miss you but wish you the best on your next chapter, FSUBVC Nole forever!!❤️💛

Our next senior is !! She is graduating with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and has been on the competitive roster for one amazing season!

“My time on the team has been amazing. It has been so incredible being able to see myself get better as a player. It has also been so great seeing the club grow from my freshman to senior year. I’ve met some of the most amazing people because of this team and I will miss them so much. I’ll also miss everyone’s (including myself) crazy competitive spirit! My favorite memory has to be the Jax tournament. First time most of the team was able to come out and stay in an airbnb together. But I have so many memories and I love em all. Thank you FSUBVC for the most amazing times!”

Tanner is graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. He’s been a dedicated player with the club this year and here’s what he has to say on his time here:

“I’m going to miss coaching the new players more than I’m going to miss playing, bringing up a new generation to love the sport that I grew up loving is more rewarding than playing the sport itself. I am going to miss seeing a freshman light up with the true desire to get better because they “never realized how fun volleyball can be”. I can’t tell you how many times I have heard that quote.”
