It comes from making a decision:
To stop playing small.

2️⃣ Seek Input – You don’t have to decide alone. Get insights from trusted mentors or your team.
3️⃣ Action Beats Overthinking – Waiting for certainty leads to missed opportunities. Take a step forward and adjust as needed.
4️⃣ Clarify Your Priorities – Not every decision deserves equal weight. Focus on what aligns with your goals.
