Wall drives teach athletes the piston like action of the legs in early acceleration, as well as the posture necessary for such action. Notice the knee drive; poor posture (hips back), will limit the range available at the hip when driving the knee.

We specialize in small-group performance training designed to teach athletes how to move with greater efficiency and effectiveness. Our programming focuses on developing the fundamental movement patterns and athletic skills that directly translate to improved performance, including:

Increased sprint speed

Faster stopping and cutting ability

Higher vertical jump

Enhanced explosive power

Proper weight training technique and movement mechanics

Each small-group class is limited to a maximum of six athletes, grouped by age to ensure appropriate progression, personalized attention, and a focused learning environment.

Before coaching independently, you will be fully trained in our proprietary speed and agility methodology, ensuring consistent, high-quality instruction across all sessions.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science (or a related field) and has experience in personal training, coaching, or athletic performance instruction. A passion for working with young athletes and a strong grasp of movement mechanics are essential.
