Here at Blue Fire Fitness, we have a variety of workouts, exercises and trainings to open up your mind and knowledge about health in a fun active way and move muscles that you did not know were there! We provide self defense class mixed with boxing, kickboxing and Ju-Jit-Su, starting at ages 5 and up. You can book a complete PRIVATE session or just a regular session with us any day of the week.
