We specialize in small group and personal training, sport specific strength and conditioning, with emphasis on corrective exercise and injury prevention. We have a burgeoning in house powerlifting team, utilizing both raw and equipped modalities. We value relationships with our members.

60 year old Jeff has gone through the ringer. Catastrophic car accident and also throat cancer. A year ago, this 88 pound kettlebell would have just a bored him to the floor. Every once in a while, we find ourselves pushing through the last few reps with an exhilarating high—there’s nothing quite like that moment of triumph! 💪 But here’s the truth: those moments in the gym are just part of the journey. The real game-changer lies in how we prioritize our recovery. 🧘‍♂️

Recovery isn’t just an afterthought; it's essential for long-term success. Whether it means incorporating foam rolling to relieve tension or dedicating time to mobility exercises that enhance our flexibility, every conscious choice makes a difference. For instance, I’ve seen clients improve their lifting performance by simply allowing their bodies adequate time to heal and adapt after intense sessions.
