Today we wrapped up our Diaper Drive and collected over 1,300 diapers for several Swampfox families.

One of the things I love most about our team is how quickly people step up when one of our own needs support. We talk a lot about being a community, but today was a great example of putting that into action.

Family has always come first at Swampfox, and that's what makes this place special. Thank you to everyone who donated and helped take care of our teammates. ❤️

This Saturday at 10:00 AM we're trading mat fees for diapers!

Several of our Swampfox families are welcoming new additions, so we're coming together to help support them the best way we know how: as a team.

Admission is simple: ✔️ One pack of diapers

Sizes Needed: • Newborn • Size 1 • Size 2 • Size 3

Benefiting the Moores, Jacksons, Brittons, and Batemans.

Great performance by Julia Fulmer today. She earned a dominant win via kimura to punch her way to the finals. While the finals didn't go her way she showed massive improvements technically, mentally and strategically. We are beyond proud of her on and off the mats.

Lil Beast Blaire gets silver at the Charlotte IBJJF open!

First round was the tired and true gameplanTakedown ▶️ guard pass ▶️ mount ▶️ back control ▶️ rear naked choked. Which she followed to a T!

Despite the finals results she looked fantastic and her improved really shined and only lost on points!

Summer Wrestling Wednesdays are rolling at Swampfox Jiu-Jitsu!

Coach Julian is helping us add more tools to our grappling toolbox by teaching wrestling techniques that transition seamlessly into Jiu-Jitsu. Whether you're looking to improve your takedowns, top control, or overall confidence on the feet, this series is for you.

Another great night on the mats.

Our Little Foxes worked on technical stand-ups today. It's one of those fundamental movements that shows up everywhere, both on and off the mats. As always, we turned it into a game. Kids learn best when they're having fun, staying engaged, and being encouraged to solve problems for themselves rather than just copy movements.

Our older kids continued our triangle series, focusing on using the clamp and overhook to control posture and create finishing opportunities. Again, lots of games, lots of problem solving, and lots of learning.

For the adults, we studied the absolutely soul-crushing Roger Gracie style armbar from mount. The goal isn't to force the armbar. The goal is to apply so much pressure from mount that giving up the arm feels like relief. Control first. Submission second. When done correctly, your training partner starts making the choices you want them to make.

Another great night on the mats.

Coach Julian led an outstanding Wrestling for Jiu-Jitsu class, using the elbow pass as the foundation for the evening's lesson. It's always exciting to see how wrestling concepts can blend seamlessly into our Jiu-Jitsu game. We wanted to give a special shout out to Anthony who helped Coach and led as well. Grateful for both of you.

We'd also like to welcome Mason and Kevin to the Swamp Fox family! We're glad to have you both on the team.

And judging by the crowd, we weren't the only ones excited about tonight's class. You know it's good stuff when the room starts filling up before class even begins. 🔥🦊
