We are proud and honored to introduce the Mark Hawkins Memorial Camp Scholarship, created to honor the legacy of former NKU player Mark Hawkins.

Mark was more than a tremendous basketball player — he was the ultimate teammate, a relentless worker, a fierce competitor, and, above all, an incredible person. This scholarship is designed to recognize young athletes who reflect those same qualities both on and off the court.

This year, we will award 8 camp scholarships to our 4-day summer camp to players — 4 boys and 4 girls — who truly embody Mark’s character, heart, and work ethic. Recipients will be selected by the varsity basketball coaching staffs at Boone County, Conner, Cooper, and Ryle High Schools, with each program choosing one standout camper who exemplifies what this award represents.

We look forward to honoring Mark’s legacy by celebrating the next generation of players who represent the very best of the game in the community we serve.

Any player who is serious about wanting to learn and put the work to become a great shooter! Our goal is to help players simplify their mechanics to make them efficient and repeatable. The habits that we want to develop are the same no matter what age or experience (only difference is giving younger players “good” adjustments that they can do and progress through until they are bigger and stronger).

Thank you to all our 25-26 PDP and Academy players, coaches, and staff for an exceptional season! We hope you enjoyed the journey as much as we did.

Special recognition to the coaches and staff for their tireless dedication, passion, and energy in nurturing player growth both on and off the court. Your hard work has made a real difference, and we’re truly grateful.

It was inspiring to witness the remarkable progress in skills and basketball IQ across our 35 teams and over 340 players throughout the year. This growth culminated in an exciting tournament this past weekend—keep pushing forward and embracing the game with that same enthusiasm every day!

Register now for our upcoming 12-week (K-5th) winter basketball leagues that are each uniquely designed to take your player’s game to the next level!

🆕 New! Option for girls only teams in 2nd/3rd and 4th/5th.

🏫 K/1st and 2nd/3rd PDP divisions are focused on teaching the fundamentals to players of all skill levels.

🎓 4th/5th Academy is for experienced players ready to take the next step up from instructional/rec leagues. If your player has played in our PDP (K-3rd), Little Colonels, Little Pioneers, SOAS, G-League, etc. this is the perfect next step for them!

🖊️ Individual sign-ups (no tryout), but players can sign up together as teams as well.

⛹️ 12 team trainings designed and led by David McFarland and McFarland staff with the assistance of the team's coaches. Team trainings will focus on both individual and team offensive & defensive fundamental skills.

🗓️ Both leagues run 12-weeks from October 28th to February 9th with time off for Thanksgiving and winter break holidays.

📍 Team trainings are held at the St. Henry Athletic Complex (SHAC) in Florence, KY on Mondays or Wednesdays. Games at Next Level Academy in Wilder, KY on Saturdays.

💻 Registration is open through October 1st (or sold out).
