Florence BJJ Florence Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy is a member of the Carlson Gracie Team. We offer day and night classes throughout the week to accommodate most schedules.

We are the premier Jiu-Jitsu school in the Florence and Shoals area of North Alabama. We train in the in the traditional style of the Gi and we also train Nogi for the best mix possible. We offer a fun, safe, and friendly environment to come and learn in. We have a wide range of fighters and practitioners that study at our academy from Professional MMA and Jiu-Jitsu fighters to new students that h

ave less than a month's experience under their belt. Beginners are welcome and the first class is free!
