What time of day do you like working out??
I like to workout early in the day. My wife, Danielle, had been having some trouble finding a workout time that felt good. She recently tried the afternoons for a couple weeks, but found it was harder to get herself there once the afternoon hit.
Be honest with yourself!! What time of day feels the easiest to squeeze in a 20-30 minute workout or walk?
The internet is filled with influencers telling you to do it this time, or do it that time, but they probably aren’t working full time, parenting, coaching their kids’ sports teams or driving their kids’ to a million activities each week!
Everyone is busy! So, I’ll never tell you when to workout, but I will help you fit it into your schedule at a consistent time you can hold yourself accountable to.
