Through its adherence to modern scientific concepts for teaching and practicing the traditional martial arts, this federation provides a true medium by which the opinions, ideas, developments and experiences of its members can be shared and ultimately benefit all members. We are sworn to the development of a system of testing and promotion which guarantees pride of achievement to each student regardless of grade or degree. Since the World Moosul Kwan Federation admits martial artists of several arts and styles, we offer "technical" promotion examinations as well as traditional promotional examinations. The coveted rank of "Black Belt" is awarded by the World Moosul Kwan Federation only to those who have adhered to the high standards set by the World Moosul Kwan Federation and who have exhibited exceptional proficiency in the understanding, execution and application of techniques of the degree for which they are testing.
