Shoals Soccer Club

10/08/2026

Everything we’ve shared, from our roots, to our coaches, our growth and our path comes back to why we’re here.

Shoals Soccer Club exists to provide safe, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate soccer opportunities for youth in the Shoals Area of Northwest Alabama.

For more than 20 years, that purpose has remained at the heart of SSC - by creating a place for players to learn, grow, compete and develop a love for the game.

And our story continues with every player who steps on the field. 💚⚽️🏟️

Today, we celebrate the coaches who give so much of their time, energy, and heart to our players.🔥

To our SSC coaches - thank you for showing up, believing in our players, pushing them to grow, and making a difference both on and off the field.

Happy National Coaches Day!⚽️

Every player’s journey is different. At Shoals Soccer Club, we’re committed to helping players go as far as the game can take them.⚽️

SSC is the only club in the area with access to MLS NEXT for boys and DPL for girls, opening the door to even greater opportunities.💪🔥

Our history built the foundation. Our path keeps moving forward. And your path starts here.💚

The game has grown in the Shoals, and so has SSC.

Today, SSC is the largest competitive soccer club in Northwest Alabama. Through the clubs affiliation with VERO FC, the largest club in North Alabama, we also strive to be a part of something even bigger - creating new opportunities for our players while staying connected to our community. ⚽️🏟️

From our roots to where we are today, we’re proud and excited to keep growing the game throughout the Shoals. 💚

Our roots are grounded in more than 20 years of quality coaching…

Every SSC coach is licensed through the Alabama Soccer Association and the US Soccer Federation, with that, we strive to continue a tradition of helping players grow on and off the field while building a love for the game throughout the Shoals.⚽️🔥

Their dedication and passion are at the heart of SSC’s history.💚

It all started in 2004…

For more than 20 years, Shoals Soccer Club has been proud to call the Shoals home. As the oldest soccer club in North Alabama, our roots run deep - and this is where our story began.⚽️💚
