Well some of the weedbeds got cleared out of the ponds by the flooding but some of them landed in some bad spots on the course. That will make it easier to rake some of them to retrieve lost discs now, which BTW if I retrieve a disc with a phone number I will call ya. There are however people going in after discs that are not calling anyone and unfortunately there is no way to stop it.
Lots of clean up work to do in a few areas on the course.

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up that Mcfarland is under water and closed until the water goes down. The water is probably the highest I have seen it since installing the course.

The Tennessee Valley Tour league play will be at Mcfarland this Sunday, December 23rd. Tee off is at 2:00. These league rounds are PDGA rated rounds. Always a fun time. Hope some of the locals can make it out to this.

Got three more new pin placements in last weekend. The baskets are moved in them now if you want to play them.

Some major changes have taken place to the back 9 over the weekend. Took what was 13,14 and 15 out and put three new holes in between what was 17 and 18. We put in some short casual pin positions for now to attract more play there with plans on other pins for all three holes that will make them way more challenging. Hope everyone enjoys the change.
