Florence Country Club is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Member Services Coordinator to be the welcoming face and voice of our club.
💼 About the Role
As our Member Services Coordinator, you’ll play a vital, front-facing role in shaping the member experience. From greeting members with a warm smile to managing communications and promoting club events, you’ll be at the heart of everything we do. This is a unique opportunity to combine hospitality, marketing, and operations in one exciting position.
🔑 What You’ll Do
Front Desk & Member Experience
- Serve as the first point of contact for members and guests, delivering a professional and welcoming experience
- Manage reservations, inquiries, and daily front desk operations
- Anticipate and respond to member needs with efficiency and care
Communications & Marketing
- Lead club communications across email, website, and social media platforms
- Create engaging content including newsletters, flyers, and event promotions
- Capture and showcase club moments through photos and digital storytelling
Events & Administration
- Assist in planning and promoting club events in collaboration with Food & Beverage and service teams
- Maintain accurate membership records and assist with new member onboarding
- Support administrative operations, including calls, scheduling, and event documentation
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or related field—or equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with social media, website updates, and design tools (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite preferred)
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
