Everyone always asks us, "What makes Fitness World SOO different than all the other "gyms"?" Well tonight is a good example of how different the atmosphere is at Fitness World. With rain so thick you can barely see, an stuck on the highway with a flat tire (in the downpour) and close to 80 women on the floor waiting to SHAKE IT!!! This would stop other gyms, discourage most instructors to the point of calling in, "members" of other facilities would go home sad and angry - NOT AT FITNESS WORLD! Amy did whatever she could to get to her Zumba peeeeps and her peeps made do until she got here! Now that is dedication... the kind of dedication only a FAMILY could have. So the next time you hear that question, you proudly answer, "You are a member of a gym... I am a member of a FAMILY!" We love each and every one of you! Keep moving FW Family ;)

Ok everyone one last REMINDER about a NEW CLASS at the Ladies 2 location on Palmetto St. - Buddy Miles will be holding a Body Fit Club class at 6:00pm for ANYONE WHO WANTS TO ATTEND! (Members only of course) it will consist of our Life Changers program and the Beach Body Program :) Should be a BLAST! Make sure you show up and give some support!

Stop by my favorite Gym (Fitness World ) both ladies and co-ed , everyone made me feel so good and missed , left with my heart full . There staff are so sweet . CHECK them out .

It's day 25 in the Mclendon Challenge!!! Do you know what that means?! It means only FIVE MORE DAYS and you will have DONE IT! Can you feel that shirt? If you are still in the challenge then SHARE SHARE SHARE and SCREAM to EVERYONE that YOU WENT OUT AND GOT SOME!
