Sometimes the reward for showing up is more than just learning jiu-jitsu.

Tonight, one of our students walked out of class and found this waiting for her. A good reminder that consistency has a way of leading to pretty cool things.

Congratulations to Coach Emily, Drew, Eamonn, and Cory on earning their upcoming Purple Belts!

Join us on Monday, June 15th at 6:30 PM as we celebrate a major milestone in their jiu-jitsu journeys.

Purple belt represents years of dedication, perseverance, growth, and commitment to the art.

Coach Emily, who will become the first homegrown female student to start her jiu-jitsu journey at Matakas Jiu-Jitsu and earn the rank of Purple Belt.
