Don’t forget tomorrow morning 11am I will be doing a mini class for Again it will be one warmup/stretch and two dances!! This will be done over zoom, I will get on live 10 minutes before on Facebook to provide code and where you can send dominations! If you decide to do it please log into zoom 5 mins before so I can accept you in before we start at 11. You do not have to have your video or audio on unless you want that is all your choice. 🤗. I will be recording my part so that away I can share it to the website and YouTube if possible. I am excited to get started finally and get this underway. Hope you can join and have fun and just dance! Always remember you are royalty!

Hey friends! This Saturday at 11am I’ll be doing a little mini mini class for Burn & Slay over zoom! It is free right now but any donations are welcome! When it gets closer to the day, so most likely Friday, I will provide the zoom code and pay methods for any donations! I’m super excited to start incorporating small class sessions I will be working up to a full class but for now we will do one stretch/ warmup and two Burn & Slay dances! If you want to prep or familiarize yourself with the dances they can be found on the YouTube channel under the same name! The dances will be:

After I will briefly talk about my health coaching as well! Hope some of you can join it will be very different being that I will just call out the moves with no full breakdown just like a normal class setting. Hello everyone I am bbbaaaccckkkkkk. Had to take a much needed break to refocus and recharge. Now that the new year has started it’s time to get back and dancing again! This year we have plans in place and combining this with my health coaching business so we can fully feel royal and slay each day!

Happy thanksgiving!!! Yes we are still here hahah just had to take time to restructure and refocus! But we will be back...
