Pronation on the serve. This is what your arm wants to do anatomically if you use the correct grip. If you use a forehand grip you will not be able to fully pronate the arm because that would send the ball wide, so club level players using frying pan grips for serves never develop a mechanically sound serve swing and end up pushing or shoveling the ball over rather than enjoying a true throwing motion.
