Missed the first week? No problem! There’s still plenty of summer fun ahead at ACF Summer Camp.

Our camps are open to ages 3-12, and you can register for individual weeks throughout the summer!

Strong body positions are about more than flexibility—they showcase control, balance, body awareness, and technique.

Scale

* Builds balance and core strength.
* Teaches flyers to keep their chest lifted while extending their leg.
* Helps improve body control and flexibility needed for higher-level skills.

Arabesque

* Develops stability, posture, and toe point.
* Encourages proper body alignment from fingertips to toes.
