Doc's Gym Southern Illinois’ premier fitness facility Add an additional $15.00 to any membership price to upgrade to a family membership.

Membership Prices:

Month to Month (Paying cash/check in person every month) $49.95

Month to Month Contract (ACH monthly debited from checking account with no specific time obligation - you can cancel at any time with no cancellation fee)
$46.95

12 Month Contract (ACH from checking account) $41.95

Day Passes: $15/day (MUST sign liability wavier before using facility)

Weekly Passes: $35/week



NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 13 ALLOWED IN THE FACILITY AT ANY TIME!!! A total of 4 people per membership - additional members will be $10.00 per person per month. Must be immediate family residing in the same household/18 or under/be able to claim them on your taxes for a family membership. There is a one time $35.00 activation fee when initially signing up. All memberships include 24/7 access. Membership Hours:
To obtain a membership, please come to Clay County Chiropractic Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, 9:30AM-Noon, 2:30PM-5PM, or Thursday's, 1PM-5PM.
