Thank you to all who came out to support, and a huge thank you to Jeff and Trevor for sharing their knowledge! 🙏🏼

It’s days like this that reinforce why we all love martial arts so deeply. We all bring something different to the table, but we all share the same passion. The passion that Jeff and Trevor have for the sport was on full display last night, and it was a beautiful thing to be a part of. 🗓️NEW SCHEDULE — EFFECTIVE AUGUST 18TH

We’re continuing to build out the training schedule at Sōzō to give our students more ways to improve, and this is just the beginning!

Our All Levels classes will continue Monday–Friday at 12PM & 7PM, with our new Fundamentals Program running Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6PM.

🌱 Fundamentals — Perfect for beginners, newer students, or anyone wanting to sharpen the basics.

🥋 All Levels — Open to everyone. Come train, get better, and put the work in with the team.

⚔️ PRO TRAINING — Invite-only competition training for experienced competitors held on a flex schedule, to accommodate a variety of schedules. DM belt level, competition experience, and goals to be considered!

⚡ Open Mat — 2PM on the first Sunday of every month. Open to the community!

New to jiu-jitsu? Your first class is free. Come see what Sōzō is about.

NEXT FRIDAY Trevor Peek and Powell's Martial Arts Concepts will be putting on a DONATION BASED MMA STRIKING SEMINAR HERE AT Sōzō Jiu-Jitsu Chattanooga 🥊💪🏼

This is an opportunity to sharpen your striking, learn from two highly experienced fighters and coaches, while coming together for a great cause. The seminar is donation-based, with all proceeds going directly to Jeff and Trevor as they prepare to travel to Paris for UFC fight night, September 5th!

COME PREPARED:
🥊Boxing/MMA gloves are required — bring your own gloves to participate.
🦵Shin guards are highly recommended if you have them.
💧Bring water and be ready to train!

To make room for some exciting new programs we’re working to add to the Sōzō schedule, Fundamentals will officially be held on:

TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS
⏰ 6:05–6:50 PM
📅 FIRST CLASS: AUGUST 18TH

Same beginner-focused program, same goal: building a strong foundation from day one.

If you’re brand new to Jiu-Jitsu—or know someone who’s been wanting to start—this is the perfect place to jump in.
