Judo class with Randy was a BLAST 💥💪🏼

Randy came in prepared to drop knowledge, and leveled up everyone’s stand up game. He showed techniques that can be applied by even the most inexperienced grappler, as well as follow ups off of those techniques that allow for the more advanced to add some powerful finishes to their stand up game. EVERYONE got better last night, and it was beautiful to see.

Our favorite barista is now our newest student!☕️💪

This past weekend we had the privilege of enjoying a behind the scenes experience and it couldn’t have been a better time. From sitting cage side for all of the epic battles, to seeing how the athletes prepare before their fights, we truly couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you to for connecting us, and to everyone on the production team for their hospitality.
