The 2025 Mid-America Regional Tournament will be held on Saturday, April 5, 2025 and will be hosted by the Ohio State University. All competitors are required to be current ISKF members.

The tournament divisions are youth, collegiate, adult, and senior. These include: individual kata, individual kumite, and team kata.

Team kata events will be divided into three divisions depending on submissions: youth, collegiate, and adult. Teams must be from the same or a nearby dojo and can have mixed ages, ranks, and genders. Dojos can register more than one team.

There will be a variety of volunteer positions available! Please encourage students and parents to volunteer. Volunteers will make our tournament a success!

Have you tried our Shotokan Karate class yet? Drop-in any Tuesday this semester, 5-6 p.m. in the Fitness Studio!

Shotokan karate is a traditional Japanese martial art. Sensei Jamie will be teaching basic techniques and self-defense which can enhance confidence, discipline, strength, endurance and improve the health of your mind, body and spirit. All abilities are welcome, no registration required.
