Like everyone else my days are packed.
Even though I do work in a fitness facility that doesn’t mean I have the time to work out. Get it straight!
During my hectic weeks I find the time to work out at least 3X a week for 40-60 minutes each session.
If my schedule allows it then I can get my 2 bonus work outs in. AKA extra cardio and arm exercises.
