So this happened today. I had the privilege of having my kyoshi, 8th dan certified by none other than Hokama Sensei of Okinawa. A national Okinawan treasure. Very humbled by this honor. Thank you to Hanshi Frank Williams and Kyoshi David Kaye for initiating this.
