Reminder… Practice is now M-F 3:10-4:45! First official mandatory outdoor practice is Monday.
If you participate in a winter sport you are exempt.

Track practice will start this week. Days are Tuesday and Thursday at 3:10 pm in the weightroom. Planning on ending around 4 pm on those days. If you are playing a winter sport you need to wait until your season is over.

Any middle schoolers interested can ride a bus over from the SMS after school.

SUPER excited to get this season started. Looking forward to a great year!
