We are introducing one minute scraps that 60 seconds to handle business
These men signed up for 3 1 minute rounds that was not a part of our new format, despite the way these men fought the first round you would think they was doing a one minute scrap
We set the sessions up less than five days ago. These men have no training. They just wanted to move their hands. That’s it.
Touching on the one minute scraps as you can see in this both men with no training are good for a solid solid one minute scrap. With that said we feel pretty confident anybody that can get up off their couch. Should be able to throw one minute scrap.
