How this 50 year old father lost 16 lbs of fat and reduced his aches and pains and had energy to play with his kids again, all without a crazy workout routine or restrictive diet.
Here is his story and how he followed the 90 day Optimal Performance Plan.
He was about 20 lbs over his optimal weight, struggled with stress, and mental clarity and lacked energy late in the day. In addition he had trouble keeping up with his kids and not able to play golf or ski without pain.
He started on a consistent, planned exercise plan to get moving. He removed gluten and sugar from his diet and focused on reducing processed foods going to more whole foods with an increase in protein. All this was planned out and structured. His focus was more inside out.
The big part was he was being held accountable on all aspects including his morning and nighttime routines and his sleep, his career and relationships.
After 90 days he had lost 16 lbs of fat and 3 inches from his waist while increasing his lean muscle mass. He was golfing 18 holes without pain and able to ski again without paying for it with pain the next week after. The most important part was he had energy to play with the kids again when he got home from work and no longer had that 4pm crash.
